PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of outputting an ideal gradation voltage without increasing a circuit scale. SOLUTION: The device includes 64 inner ladder resistors 46 connected in series, 64 gradation voltage output terminals led out from connection points of the inner ladder resistors 46, four reference gradation voltage generating units 48, and two multiplexers 50, 52. The multiplexers 50, 52 select reference gradation voltages input from the reference grayscale voltage generating units 48, and output the selected reference voltage, and output a reference gradation voltage from a selected output terminal to the connection point of the ladder resistors 46.
