PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of having influence on distance measuring accuracy when there is an allowable error in a light wave measuring machine. SOLUTION: A reference point is arranged, and its distance is measured by the light wave measuring machine. Next, the measuring machine is moved to an optional place, and a rear view point, a front view point, its distance and a clockwise angle are measured. An observation error value of the light wave measuring machine is calculated from a difference between a calculation value and a measured value by making a convergent calculation until a cosine theorem is realized (set in the allowable error L <0.0001).
