PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of preventing phase change to a solid phase, of a refrigerant in the cycle. SOLUTION: An outdoor-side refrigerant temperature Tho at a downstream side of an outdoor-side heat exchanger functioned as a heat absorption heat exchanger, is detected, and a refrigerant discharge capacity of a compressor is increased to rise a temperature of a low pressure-side refrigerant, when phase change determining means S101, S103 determine that the outdoor-side refrigerant temperature Tho is lower than a temperature just before solidification slightly higher than a solidification point of the refrigerant.
