PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep disorder-preventing/treating agent inducing natural sleep, shortening sleeping latency, increasing deep sleep, excellent in maintaining the sleep and obtaining appropriate sleeping time. SOLUTION: This sleep disorder-preventing or treating agent is provided by combining≥1 kind of medicine selected from the group consisting of a sedative antidepressant and an antihistamine agent with (S)-N-[2-(1,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-indeno[5,4-b]furan-8-yl)ethyl]propionamide.
