PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restrictions relative to an installation position. SOLUTION: In the falling-off prevention mounting part structure, a mounting part 4 is mounted to a part 1 to be mounted through a mounting portion 5, and the mounting portion 5 is provided with: a claw hole 2 formed on the part 1 to be mounted; and a mounting engagement claw part 3 formed on the mounting part 4 and insertable/engageable with the claw hole 2. A falling-off prevention part 24 preventing falling-off of the mounting part 4 relative to the part 1 is provided between the part 1 and the mounting part 4 at release of the mounting state of the mounting portion 5 by load input. The falling-off prevention part 24 is provided in parallel to a side part of the mounting engagement claw part 3, is arranged in the non-engagement stand-by state relative to an edge part 25 of the part 1 at the normal time, and is made to a falling-off prevention edge engagement part 26 engageable with the edge part 25 of the part 1 at the release of the mounting state.
