PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component capable of lowering internal temperature of a projector having optical components, a power source unit and a light source unit provided inside. SOLUTION: The component is equipped with fans (41, 42 and 43) provided near the optical components for introducing external air from outside the projector to cool the optical components, and exhaust fans (16, 17 and 18). The fan (16) blows the air that has been taken in through the fans (41, 42, and 43) and has cooled the optical components onto the light source to further cool the light source.
