An auto heater device module is provided to increase life span of a motor by removing condensed water in the motor and by increasing insulation resistance of the motor. An auto heater device module(100) includes a synchronous transformer(110), a control regulator(120), a synchronous amplifier(130), a soft starter(140), a phase angle amplifier(150), a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) controller(160), a logical device(170), a thyristor gate pulse driving unit(180), and a thyristor(190). The transformer receives AC power to drop down the voltage of the AC power. The control regulator is connected to the transformer and controls signal conversion between AC and DC. The synchronous amplifier detects synchronization from a signal transmitted from the transformer. The soft starter performs soft start to prevent inrush current into a motor. The phase-angle amplifier operates by the soft start and determines phase angle with a synchronization signal transmitted from the synchronous amplifier. The PWM controller controls PWM. The logical device couples an output of the phase angle amplifier and an output of PWM controller. The thyristor gate pulse driving unit operates by the output of the logical device and drives gate pulse of the thyristor. The thyristor operates by the thyristor gate pulse driving unit and transmits DC voltage to the motor. |
