An apparatus for displaying road traffic and computer-readable medium are provided to provide traffic information to a user by receiving traffic information on a plurality of road sections through terminal. An apparatus for displaying road traffic comprises a broadcasting system, a broadcasting net, and terminals. The broadcasting system collects traffic information from CCTVs installed along roads. The traffic information includes vehicle speed, traffic, and distance among vehicles. The broadcasting net is a path formed between the terminals for traffic information. The terminal includes a road image storage unit(201), a traffic information receiving unit(203), a weather information receiving unit(205), a weather information acquiring unit(207), a time information acquiring unit(209), a location information acquiring unit(211), a road section selection unit(213), an image control unit(215), and a display unit(217). The road image storage unit stores a plurality of road images and CCTV road images. The location information acquiring unit checks the present location of the terminal.
