An illuminating system for the beginning of a tunnel is provided to let drivers recognize the information of a tunnel exactly and to prevent collision accidents by installing illumination along the outer surface of a structure at the beginning of a tunnel, and to improve the appearance of the city by illumination. An illuminating system for the beginning of a tunnel is formed by installing many lights(5) along the surface of a structure(3) at the beginning of a tunnel(1). The lights are made of low-power, high-brightness LED, and installed continuously at regular intervals in horizontal and vertical directions to heighten driver's awareness.
