CURABLE ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE COMPOSITION AND ANTIFOULING COMPOSITE COATING FILM

Disclosed is a curable organopolysiloxane composition which can be directly applied over the surface of an epoxy resin-based anticorrosion coating film. This curable organopolysiloxane composition enables to form an antifouling coating film having better antifouling properties than the conventional antifouling coating films. Specifically disclosed is a two-component or three-component curable organopolysiloxane composition containing at least (a1) an organopolysiloxane having at least two condensation reactive groups in a molecule, (a2) silica, (b1) an organosilane having a functional group which is condensation-reactive with the condensation reactive group of the organopolysiloxane (a1) and/or a partial hydrolysis product of such an organosilane, and (ac) at least one tin compound selected from the group consisting of tin compounds represented by a certain general formula.
