<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller for a brushless motor, capable of gently stopping the rotation of a brushless motor, and to provide a brushless motor system with the controller, a mower with the system, a roller system, a carrying device and a winding device. <P>SOLUTION: The motor system 1 has a delay pulse generator 32 capable of transmitting a delay pulse signal, which is delayed in phase relative to a motor pulse signal transmitted from a motor 7 and recognized by a motor pulse recognition part 30 and in which the phase delay increases with time. When the motor 7 is stopped, a motor drive unit 33 is controlled to supply power to the motor 7 based on the delay pulse signal generated by the delay pulse generator 32.
