PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently integrate massive data by small resources.

SOLUTION: This data integration system is provided with a data arrangement device, a data compression device, and a data merge device. The data arrangement device is provided with a means dividing respective data in a data list into common data and individual data, and a means rearranging the individual data in descending/ascending order to generate a list of arranged data. The data compression device is provided with a means extracting a list of fixed-differential data arranged at a fixed differential, and a means compressing and replacing the list of fixed-differential data by a set of data having head data, differentials, and data about data number for compressing the data quantity of the data list. The data merge device is provided with a means merging a plurality of data lists into a single data list and generating a list of merged data.
