SIMULATION DETERMINATION METHOD AND SIMULATION DETERMINATION DEVICE FOR RESTORATION OPERATION PROCEDURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate whether a restoration operation procedure for a virtual accident is correct or not.

SOLUTION: A load dispatching office sets the virtual accident and communicates the set virtual accident to a plurality of power relevant facilities. Each power relevant facility which receives the report of the virtual accident analyzes the content of the virtual accident to determine a time for executing a restoration operation to the virtual accident. All of procedure information of the restoration operations executed in the respective power relevant facilities is collected to the load dispatching office, and arranged into one restoration operation procedure. This is the executed restoration operation procedure which was actually executed, and collation of a recommended restoration operation procedure with combination examples thereof is performed. Whether a linkage mistake of the restoration operation procedure is minor or serious can be easily acquired by reporting the corresponding combination. Whether a wrong restoration operation procedure is executed as the procedure for restoring the virtual accident or not can be confirmed in a field where the restoration operation is actually executed.
