PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tab from inclining to an apparatus side terminal. SOLUTION: A tab 31 passing through a retaining space 12 is laid on top of the plate-shaped apparatus side terminal 40 of an apparatus, and is conductably fixed to the apparatus side terminal 40 by fastening a bolt 42 passed through a bolt hole 33. At this time, since the tab 31 is pushed against the support part 18 of a top face wall 15 among the wall parts forming the retaining space 12 parallel to the plate surface of the tab 31, by elastic force of an elastic pushing piece 22 formed in a cavity 11, even if torsionally turning force is applied to a male terminal fitting 30 from a wire 35, the tab 31 has no possibility of inclining to the plate surface, or the apparatus side terminal 40.
