PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warning device, capable of rapidly responding to a new sag part when warning about a reduction in vehicle speed due to a sag part. SOLUTION: A sag passage road-side identification mark is painted on an uphill after passing through a sag part on an express highway. A vehicle is mounted with a road recognition camera, which images the forward road of the vehicle. When the road recognition camera images the sag passage road-side identification mark, a possible reduction in vehicle speed is warned by voice by uphill approach warning in sag passing processing (D2), and when the vehicle travels a predetermined distance without restoration of the vehicle speed (D10: YES), the vehicle speed is restored by adjusting the accelerator opening (D11).
