摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive bearing sensor device requiring no power supply by a power line and dispensing with long-term maintenance and inspection work. SOLUTION: The bearing sensor device 1 converts a change in the length of a wire 10 into a resistance value by winding the wire 10 around a circular pulley 12 and electrically measures the displacement of a bridge girder as the voltage of a middle point P of a potentiometer 11 from a measuring terminal T. Gears 13, 14 at a suitable gear ratio are used to transmit the rotation of the pulley 12 as a maximum of one rotation or less to a disk 15, and a contact 16a of a microswitch 16 is driven by the disk 15. Although voltage (+3V) is applied to the microswitch 16, power is not consumed because the contact 16a is normally in an open state. If the short-circuited state of the contact 16a is detected, it can be known that displacement of a predetermined value or more has occurred to the bridge girder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
