PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filter which supports a filter case and prevents the generation of a foreign matter during the welding of the filter case. SOLUTION: The fluid filter is provided with a filtering medium (134) through which the fluid passes, a filter element (13) including a holding member (133) to hold the filter medium (134), filter cases (11, 12) having an inflow port (111a) which stores the filter element (13) and to which the fluid flows in after determining the positioning of one side to the filter element (13) and an outflow port (121a) from which the fluid flows out after determining the positioning of the other side to the filter element (13), and the supporting members (111b, 121b) extended between the holding members (133) and the filter cases (11, 12) wherein the supporting members (111b, 121b) is opposite against one of the filter cases (11, 12) and the holding members (133) via a space (S).
