PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a reduction in the temperature of discharged air and the amount of moisture contained in the discharged air by mixing a sufficient amount of external air in the air discharged from a washing tank during a dry operation. SOLUTION: An air amount distributing means 12 is connected with a washing tank entrance 10 through a first rising route 31 which rises upwards. A merging section 13a of a mixing section 13 is connected with a washing tank exit 11 through a second rising route 33 which rises upwards. The credibility of a machine can be improved by securely preventing the sense of hot air by discharging air, temperature and humidity of which are reduced and preventing water leakage by cooling the air inside the water tank by securely mixing the external air that flows through the mixing section 13 and the air inside the water tank, and by preventing water inside the washing tank from back flowing through an air blow passageway and leaking in all the operating state from the washing operation and drying operation.
