PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine mounting mechanism which is improved in mounting stability when a game machine is mounted in an island facility by tilting the game machine. SOLUTION: The mounting mechanisms T can mount the game machine P in the island facility S of a game parlor, at a location between an upper frame S4 and a lower frame S2, such that the an external frame 1 of the game machine P is attached to the upper frame S4 and the lower frame S2 of the island facility S by tilting the game machine P in a depth direction. The mounting mechanisms T are set up such that upper and lower side plates 2, 3 of the external frame 1 formed by assembling squarely the upper and lower side plates 2, 3 and right and left side plates 5, 4 to each other, are displaceable by rotating with respect to the external frame 1 in the horizontal direction as a rotation axis and on the right and left side plates 5, 4 as spindles.
