PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing/drying machine capable of effectively drying the laundry without discharging humid air to the outside while effectively exhibiting the drying performance of a heat pump. SOLUTION: The drum type washing/drying machine 1 includes an outer tub 20 whose interior is a drying chamber when the laundry is dried; a rotary drum 30 rotatably disposed inside the outer tub 20 to store the laundry W; and the heat pump 60 which has a compressor 61 for compressing a refrigerant, a radiator 62 for radiating the heat of the compressed refrigerant, a pressure regulator 63 for reducing the pressure of the refrigerant and a heat sink 64 for absorbing the heat from the periphery with the decompressed refrigerant, and which is configured so that the refrigerant circulates while repeating compression and expansion. In the drum type washing/drying machine 1, air circulates from the radiator 62, the outer tub 20, the heat sink 64 and to the radiator 62 in this order when the laundry is dried. The drum type washing/drying machine 1 also has a water cooling dehumidifier 71 disposed between the outer tub 20 and the heat sink 64 for cooling air fed to the heat sink 64.
