PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for cell breakage and a cell disruptor each having simple constitution breaking one cell or a slight amount of cells and simply and surely extracting cell contents such as nucleic acid. SOLUTION: The chip 1 for cell breakage is equipped with a plate-like substrate, a passage-constituting member 12, in which a passage-constituting groove 24 are provided, attached to the substrate so as to cover the passage-constituting groove 24 and constituting a passage 23 for transferring a cell and an obstruction member 31 provided in the middle of the passage and obstructing passing of the cell introduced into the passage, and the passage-constituting member 12 is formed of a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) resin.
