Exercise equipment with an ankle fixing device is provided to enable anyone to take an exercise conveniently by minutely adjusting an interval of ankle fixing parts. Exercise equipment with an ankle fixing device includes: a main frame(100) having a lower ankle fixing support(120) on which a user puts one's ankle; an upper ankle fixing part(300) installed so that a distance from the main frame is variable, and fastening the user's ankle with the lower ankle fixing support if the distance from the main frame is near; a wire(400) connected to the main frame and the upper ankle fixing part, and installed to be pulled toward the main frame or loosed to the opposite side; an elastic body(500) installed to have a restoration force by being transformed if the upper ankle fixing part is near to the main frame by tension of the wire pulled to the main frame; and a wire fixing device for fixing the pulled extent of the wire.
