<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for knee protection having excellent work efficiency when it is fixed to a body side. <P>SOLUTION: In the airbag device S for knee protection, an airbag assembly AM is fixed to a body 1 side by using a mounting bracket 60. The mounting bracket 60 fixes a circumferential edge of a mounting hole 63 to a mounting seat 4a on the body 1 side. The airbag assembly AM has a locking claw 64 for temporary fixing to the body 1 side. The locking claw 64 generates the rotational moment M to the airbag assembly AM with a locking part locked to a part of the circumferential edge of the locking hole 4d on the body 1 side as a supporting point P. When the rotational moment M is applied, a pressing face part 63a arranged above the locking claw 64 is abutted on and supported by a receiving face 4e arranged on the body 1 side, and the pressing face part 63a and the receiving face 4e are arranged so that the mounting hole 63 of the mounting bracket 60 is arranged at the mounting position of a mounting seat 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
