<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device capable of realizing mobility, operability, and maintainability suitable to all of a keyless entry system, a vehicle information confirmation system, and an on-vehicle information device control support system and a vehicle communication system. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile communication device 100 comprises: an RF data generating means 101; an RF radio transmission means 102 for transmitting transmission data as an RF signal; an RF radio receiving means 103 for receiving an RF signal transmitted from an on-vehicle machine; an RF data analysis means 104 for analyzing receiving data; a key operation means 105 operated by the user for indicating the control of a vehicle; a storage means 111 for storing control data of the on-vehicle information device; a detachable external device communication means 107; and a control means 106 for controlling the RF data generating means 101, the RF data analyzing means 104, the key operation means 105, and the external device communication means 107.
