<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue the stable mass-production of casting products by controlling a relation between achieving state of vacuum degree in a die and an injecting movement in a casting method in a high vacuum degree. <P>SOLUTION: The casting method comprises: a correcting process for correcting a flowing passage vacuum degree so as to be substantially matched with an in-die vacuum degree based on the in-die vacuum degree measured by an in-die vacuum degree measuring sensor (35) capable of measuring the in-die vacuum degree by being directly connected to fluid material in a product part (6) at the time of empty casting, and the flowing passage vacuum degree measured by a vacuum degree measuring sensor (32) which is arranged near the dies (2), (3) in the flowing passages (17), (18) for exhausting gas from the product part (6), and can measure the flowing passage vacuum degree; and a control process for controlling and correcting the flowing passage vacuum degree measured by the vacuum degree measuring sensor while correcting by the correcting process in the measuring process for measuring the flowing passage vacuum degree by the vacuum degree measuring sensor by shutting out a passage (36). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
