<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a normal user to use any music contents that are reproduced repeatedly extending over a plurality of generations, in the same way as the original music content. <P>SOLUTION: A music content, including information for representing that the music content, is reproduced, information for specifying a reproduction source of the music content are obtained, and the music content to be the reproduction source is recursively retrieved, based on the information for specifying the reproduction source. When the information for representing that the music content is reproduced and the information for specifying the reproduction source of the music content are included in the detected music content to be the reproduction source, the reproduction source of the detected music content is retrieved, still further. Then, when the music content that does not contain information for representing the reproduction is detected; that is, only when the original music content which is the source of the all the music contents reproduced repeatedly over a plurality of generations is detected, by tracing back to the reproduction source, in the order (one after another), the music content obtained can be utilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
