摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a facility for continuous annealing of a steel strip having a Curie point, capable of annealing the steel strip uniformly in a longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous annealing method is carried out at an annealing temperature above the Curie point (Tc) of the steel strip with a Curie point (Tc) in the continuous annealing facility comprising a heating zone, a soaking zone and a cooling zone. The heating zone for heat-treatment is divided into three zones. In a first heating zone, the steel strip is heated to a temperature below Tc-50°C by a radiation heating means using gas heating and/or a radiation heating means using an electric heater. In the subsequent second heating zone, the heated steel strip is heated to a temperature ranging from Tc-30°C to Tc-5°C by a high-frequency induction heating means with a solenoid coil. In the final third heating zone, the heated steel strip is heated to a target temperature for the treatment, which is above the Tc point, by the radiation heating means using gas heating and/or the radiation heating means using an electric heater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
