PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of improving design of an electronic apparatus having an input means and desirably improving reliability.

SOLUTION: This input device 40A is provided with a touch panel (input panel) 4, a cover member 45 having a housing part 45a for housing the touch panel 4, and a film member 30 stuck to one main face 4s of the touch panel 4 housed in the housing part 45a and a main face 45s of the cover member 45 and brought into tight contact with the touch panel 4 and the cover member 45 along a boundary gap between the main face 4s of the touch panel 4 and the main face 45s of the cover member 45.
