PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent device for avoiding freezing of a crankcase of an internal combustion engine of a hybrid vehicle. SOLUTION: This device for heating a crankshaft case air bleeder of the hybrid vehicle, is characterized in that an air bleeding means 2 can be heated by a cooling circuit 3 for avoiding its freezing, and has the air bleeding means 2 arranged in a crankshaft case 1, and the cooling circuit 3 for cooling an output control apparatus 4 for an electric motor 5.
