PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle starting control device capable of accurately restoring neutral control. SOLUTION: An ECT_ECU executes a program which includes a step (S120) of calculating a deviation (h) between a current engine revolving speed and an engine revolving speed at starting restoration when restoring neutral control, a step (S122) of calculating an engine revolving speed change correction value (f) in accordance with the deviation (h), a step (S124) of reading a hydraulic pressure learning value at reaching a target speed ratio, a step (S126) of reading a hydraulic pressure value immediately before restoring the neutral control, a step (S128) of calculating a deviation (i) between the hydraulic pressure values, a step (S130) of calculating a hydraulic pressure deviation correction value (g) at the target speed ratio in accordance with the deviation (i), and a step (S132) of calculating constant stand-by pressure while considering the engine revolving speed change correction value (f) and the hydraulic pressure deviation correction value (g) at the target speed ratio.
