PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for carrying asbestos capable of suppressing a risk of scattering the asbestos even if an accident occurs during carrying. SOLUTION: The container for carrying asbestos 11 for storing and carrying waste materials 12 including asbestos comprises a lid 13 and a container body 15. The lid 13 or the container body 15 has a ventilating hole 17 with a filter 18. With the lid 13 or the container body 15 closed, a sealed state is formed to prevent liquid inside the container 11 from being leaked to outside.
