PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable vesicle composition and a preparation exhibiting excellent feeling of use when applied as an external preparation for the skin. SOLUTION: The vesicle composition comprises (a) sodium dilauroylglutamic acid lysine, (b) cholesterol and/or phytosterol, (c) monostearyl glycerin ether, (d) dipropylene glycol and (e) water.
