摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a system and a method for controlling motion of a spacecraft. SOLUTION: This system has a non-contacting actuator coupled in parallel with a payload 210 and a bus 220 and coupled between the bus and the payload, and a hybrid actuator 300 including a passive mechanism system. This system also has an inertial actuator 2210 constituted to operate the bus for maintaining a relative position or an attitude of the bus on the payload. One method includes a process of receiving a signal for imparting indication to a first controller to change the position or the attitude of the payload, and a process of using a hybrid system for changing the position or the attitude of the payload. This method also includes a process of receiving the signal in a second controller, and a process of using the system for changing the position or the attitude of the bus independently of the payload.
