PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of correcting an object to predetermined position and posture with one correcting motion like a position determining stage mechanism including a swiveling driving part, having a parallel driving part and a swiveling driving part, with respect to a position determining stage mechanism, not having a swiveling driving part, constituted with a linear driving part, a linear movement guide part and a swiveling movement guide part. SOLUTION: This device is provided with: a correction value computing part 4 computing the parallel and swiveling correction values of a stage in the coordinate system of a position determining stage mechanism part including a swiveling driving part from the quantity of displacement of a linear driving part; and a stage coordinate/correction value converting part 11 converting the parallel and swiveling correction values to the displacement values at the linear driving part after specifying the swiveling central position of the stage.
