PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform drying work while measuring a whitening ratio of glutinous unhulled rice and a moisture content of non-glutinous unhulled rice. SOLUTION: This grain drier comprises a non-glutinous unhulled rice drying setting means for setting a non-glutinous unhulled rice drying mode, and a glutinous unhulled rice drying setting means for setting a glutinous unhulled rice drying mode, and further comprises a moisture measuring means applying an average moisture content calculated by measuring moisture of a number of sample unhulled rice one grain by one grain as the measured moisture content. In the non-glutinous unhulled rice drying mode, the drying work is terminated when the measured moisture content reaches the predetermined target moisture, and in the glutinous unhulled rice drying mode, the drying work is terminated when the number of sample grains reaching the predetermined target moisture content, is over a prescribed ratio.
