PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device for heating all objects up to an almost uniform temperature. SOLUTION: The microwave heating device comprises a control means 411 for driving rotary antennas 38, 39 which radiate microwaves, in accordance with temperature information from a temperature detecting means 63 to control the directions of the rotary antennas. The rotary antennas have strong radiation directivity. When a temperature difference between heated objects, detected by the temperature detecting means 63, is within a predetermined value, the control means 411 allows locally concentrative heating with the strong radiation directivity portion of at least one rotary antenna directed to low temperature portions and continuous rotation of the remaining rotary antenna. Thus, when the temperature difference between the heated objects in a heating chamber is within the predetermined value, the heated objects can be efficiently heated up to an almost uniform temperature.
