PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radially flexible rolling bearing for a wave gear device in a steering system, having structure for giving no adverse effect to a life and operating noise caused by the entry of contamination. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing for the wave gear device in the steering system comprises an inner ring 2 matching with the outer peripheral face 3 of an eccentric driving core 4, an outer ring 5 contacting with the inner peripheral face of a radially flexible rolling bush 7, a rolling element 8 held between the inner ring and the outer ring in the radial direction, and seal discs 9. 9' arranged on the rolling element in the axial direction. The seal discs are formed of composite bodies each composed of an elastomer 10, and a soft disc base material 11 for preventing the axial swelling of the wave gear device when used, and arranged in slide-contact with the inner ring 2 or the outer ring 5 to form a labyrinth 12.
