PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner which eases or removes the electrostatic charge of an occupant when getting off. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner is provided with an air-conditioning unit 100 which cools air supplied from a blower fan 11 with an evaporator 13 and then allows it to be temperature-controlled and supplies it into a cabin, an ion generator 17 arranged at the blowing path of conditioned air, and an auto air-conditioning amplifier which carries out blowing with the blower fan 11 by setting the blow-out opening of the air-conditioning unit 100 to a vent blow-out openings 110-140 for blowing the air to the occupant and generates ions in the conditioned air from the ion generator 17 as the intention of getting off by the occupant in the cabin is detected when an engine is turned off and a seat belt lock is released.
