PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a magnetic water activator effectively suppressing the growth or propagation of various bacteria which are not preferable in the periphery of the magnetic water activator and easily grow in a pipe in the flow velocity stop state in a water distribution conduit, and constituted so as to easily remove a magnetic iron powder even if the magnetic iron powder or the like is little mixed with a fluid to be used without anxiety. SOLUTION: When guide plates are inserted in the respective guide grooves of an upper magnetic unit and a lower magnetic unit and superposed up and down so as to hold the water distribution conduit between them, respective enclosing and holding parts are brought into linear contact with the water distribution conduit to mutually mount both upper and lower magnetic units by magnetic attraction force without being fixed by a fixing material.
