PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid wasteful rewashing by eliminating an error of leaving some stains unwashed. SOLUTION: This dishwasher/dryer includes a plate basket 2 for mounting dishes, a tactile sensor 4 for detecting that the dishes are mounted on the dish basket, a weight sensor 5 for detecting the weight of the dishes placed on the dish basket, control means 6 for detecting the superposition of the dishes from information of the tactile sensor and the weight sensor, and notification means 7 for notifying of the superposition of the dishes.
