The wind wheel is a fixed-pitch variable speed wind wheel, a shaft (22) of the wind wheel directly drives a rotor of the generator, the generator is a power controlled DC generator, a doubly- salient brushless DC generator or a doubly-salient brushless DC generator with two stators.
