A stationary member(442) is coupled to the first end of the electro-mechanical transducer. A vibration friction unit(443) is mounted on the second end of the electro-mechanical transducer. A bar-shaped moving unit(423) is frictionally coupled to the vibration friction unit. The bar-shaped moving unit is moved in the expansion/contraction direction of the electro-mechanical transducer. The vibration friction unit has a length in a sliding direction in contact with the bar-shaped moving unit. The sliding direction is 1.15 mm and less.
