<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously synthesizing a Claisen rearrangement compound in high yield and selectivity from an allyl ether in a short time in the absence of a catalyst, while reducing the energy consumption and waste quantity, a reaction composition for the method and an apparatus for the synthesis. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for continuously producing a Claisen rearrangement compound in high yield, selectivity and reaction rate while reducing the energy consumption and waste quantity by using a subcritical fluid or supercritical fluid having a temperature of 100-400°C and pressure of 0.1-40 MPa as a reaction solvent and introducing a substrate and the reaction solvent into a high-temperature and pressure flow reactor to selectively and successively produce the Claisen rearrangement compound, a reaction composition for the production method and an apparatus for the reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
