<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle audio guidance device for suitable audio guidance. <P>SOLUTION: The in-vehicle audio guidance device is provided with a transmitter 11 installed in a vehicle 10, a tuner 12, a sensor 13, a smart ECU 16, a seat D side speaker 18, a seat P side speaker 19, a hand device 30 or the like for mutual communication between the transmitter 11 on the vehicle and the tuner 12. The smart ECU 16 stores in a memory 16b the memory of a user's appropriate operation of a smart entry system.
