<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation and wetting of soybeans upon processing the same with steam. <P>SOLUTION: A soybean processing apparatus constituted of an outer pipe 1 and an inner pipe 2 disposed in a manner to form a double pipe structure, a soybean feed port 7 opened in the inner pipe 2, a soybean discharge port 8 opened in the inner pipe 2, a screw 10 for transferring soybeans disposed in the inner pipe 2, first steam injection ports 13a, 13b opened in the inner pipe 2, and a second steam injection port 14 opened between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, is disclosed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
