<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker employment support device, a worker employment support method, and a worker employment support program, for supporting efficient employment of workers and stable securement of human resources with an increased retention rate. <P>SOLUTION: The server 10 receives work information such as arrival time/leaving time transmitted from a work site terminal 20 in a work information management part 11 in accordance with that an employee performs arrival/leaving input (stamping) by the work site terminal 20 at arrival and leaving. The server determines a work state by extracting, in a work state determination part 12, a work scheduled time in reference to a work schedule information storage part DB 1 to calculate a work time difference of the work time from the work scheduled time, extracting appropriate work information in reference to a work schedule information storage part, and comparing the work time difference with the appropriate work information to determine whether the work time is within an attendance allowable time or not.
