PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the contact state between a thermoplastic plate and a stamper, in hot press molding for transferring an uneven pattern to the surface of the thermoplastic plate. SOLUTION: The slide 104 and bolster 102 of a pressing machine are loaded with cylinder mechanisms 112 and 114. Each of the cylinder mechanisms has a cylinder 120 having a pressure chamber 126 filled with a heating medium fluid inside. The cylinder 120 has a flexible top board 124 and the flexible top board 124 has the inner surface facing the pressure chamber 126 and the outer surface for supporting the stamper 128. A plurality of heat exchange pipes 134 for heating and cooling the heating medium fluid in the pressure chamber 126 are arranged in the pressure chamber 126.
