PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collector capable of suppressing a failure of an electronic component or an electronic circuit board due to dew condensation water occurring inside a case. SOLUTION: In this data collector that is installed outdoors and collects various data, a communication passage 14 that communicates the inside of an internal case 7 with the outside thereof and can discharge the dew formation water occurring inside the internal case 7 is formed in the internal case 7 for storing the electronic circuit board 9, the communication passage 14 is extended downward toward the outside of the internal case 7 at a position separated from the electronic circuit board 9, and a valve mechanism 13 is provided as a water approach suppressing mechanism for suppressing water approach from the outside of the internal case 7 to the inside thereof via the communication passage 14.
