PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door for high- and low-temperature pressure-reduce environment laboratories capable of appropriately testing a specimen by reliably maintaining a laboratory housing the specimen in a required temperature state and a pressure-reduced state and by reducing the cost of a large-scaled door for high- and low-temperature pressure-reduce environment laboratories. SOLUTION: In the door for high- and low-temperature pressure-reduced environment laboratories, a heat insulating door 7 having a heat insulating function and a pressure-reducing door 8 having a pressure-reducing function are separated from each other by a front chamber 9. The heat insulating door 7 is arranged on the side of a laboratory 5c, and the pressure-reducing door 8 is arranged outside to provide doors with a double-entry door structure. The doors are provided with an air-conditioning means 10 for air-conditioning the front chamber 9 in such a way as to control the back surface and the front surface of the pressure-reducing door 8 approximately at the same temperature.
