PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of heat retaining effect of a heat storage tank 10. SOLUTION: This heat storage tank 10 comprises a resin container 11 for storing engine cooling water, an inflow pipe 30 and an outflow pipe 31 molded in a state of communicating with the inside of the resin container 11 and projecting from the resin container 11, and a heat insulating layer 13 disposed to cover the whole periphery of the resin container 11 for retaining the heat of the engine cooling water inside of the resin container 11. The heat insulating layer 13 is disposed in such a state as to cover the bases of the pipes 30, 31. Thus, the radiation of heat of the engine cooling water from the bases of the pipes 30, 31 can be suppressed, and the degradation of heat retention effect can be suppressed.
